There is a layer of photosensitive
adhensive with high concentration nitrogen on the top of screen mesh plate, which
has an exposure reaction with film closely, the part that is not photosensitive
will shed from the shadow at this time, then it presents screen mesh which can make
ink pass through. Screen mesh plate will be coated a layer of Ink normally
before printing running. Then a scraper will automatically be scraping screen mesh
plate to extrude ink. Finally the Ink will be transfered to the surface of the
materials. That means you can make different beautiful paintings on the surface
of many kind of materials, such as Clothing label/narrow fabric/elastic
tapes,luggage webbings,lashing straps/heavy duty webbings,woven label,satin
ribbon,lanyard etc.
