Printing Plate's graphic
printing precision includes the following two factors: The first is that the
line distortion extent of graphic printing should be less, the line width
accuracy is about ±0.05mm; secondly the graphic’s printing position accuracy is
required to be high, the length within 500mm for graphics, the position
deviation < + 0.15mm, there are many factors that influence the two aspects
of accuracy, With the graphics printing producing process from the screen plate
had been made, the main factors are the following:
1 Screen plate material and printing material
selection: including screen frame material, screen mesh quality, material,
color and ink performance;
2 screen printing equipment, tooling: screen
printing machine, positioning tooling;
3 production process: including stretching, plate
made by silk screen, printing process etc.
4. Working conditions: work site temperature,
humidity, cleanliness, especially cleanliness is one of the important factors
to influence the quality of the products;
5. People is the most important factor to affect
the quality of the project, the operator must have a
high sense of responsibility and high technical quality.
